ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NATA 2024
Candidates fulfilling the below criteria prescribed by the Council can appear for NATA 2024:
- Passed or appearing in 10+1 Examination with PCM Subjects;
- Passed or appearing in 10+2 Examination with PCM subjects:
- Passed or appearing in 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as subjects
It is important for candidates to know that NATA 2024 serves as a qualifying aptitude test for admission to B.Arch programs offered by national universities and institutions, provided that the eligibility requirements set out by the Council are fulfilled.
- Logical Derivation – The capacity to create meaning by decoding a scenario, composition, or context. Recognizing the little details concealed in a given circumstance and making conclusions.
- K, Architecture & Design – a general understanding of design and architecture, current events, recent episodes, etc., Understanding of significant structures, historical development, and advancements in building materials and technology
- Language Interpretation – The capacity to understand English grammar and to produce meaning for words and phrases in a correct and logical manner.
- Design Sensitivity – The capacity to watch, document, and evaluate people, places, products, and environments. Reasoning, critical thinking, and the capacity to recognize subliminal messages.
- Design Thinking – Capacity to comprehend metaphors, semantics, problem definition and identification, and situation analysis.
- Numerical Ability – Basic mathematics and its connection to creative thinking. To utilize geometry to unfold a space.
